15th International Paediatric Haematology
& Oncology Update Meeting

at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh

12th - 13th May 2016

Edinburgh & Venue

Edinburgh is an award-winning, world-class tourist destination - a mustsee cultural capital. From stunning skylines to sandy beaches, festivals to fireworks – the city has something for everyone, day and night. Why not stay a little longer – beyond the Conference – and see some more of the
city and the area?

The city is a modern day Jekyll and Hyde. The city centre is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, lying between two extinct volcanoes. Edinburgh also boasts an exceptional blend of contemporary pubs and bars, restaurants, specialist retailers and leading tourist attractions. The days (not during the Conference!) can be spent exploring the city's medieval alleyways and architecture – not least the dramatic Edinburgh Castle perched above the city centre. Nights out in Edinburgh provide an opportunity to explore the bustling bars, clubs and lively street scenes. Extract from: Edinburgh: Inspiring Capital

The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (RCSEd)

Whilst our usual venue is being refurbished, we will stage IPHOUM 2016 at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

RCSEd is a historic organisation dedicated to the pursuit of excellence and advancement in surgical practice. We will use the modern conference facilities of The Quincentenary Hall, which is on the College's main campus in Nicolson Street, Edinburgh.
